Crossing

While driving I often spot these handmade crosses on the side of the road. I always wonder who put them there, when did they do it, whose name is on them? One can only imagine what happened. And I wonder if anyone else pays much attention them. They were obviously put there by someone who loved whomever passed there and I'm sure they want us all to witness their love and pain.


I think about pulling over to take photographs of these crosses because in their lonely, sad way they are very beautiful.
